CHELSA

The Inter Technikon Library Committee (ITLC) and the Forum for University Librarians of South Africa (FULSA) launched a new body called Committee for Higher Education Librarians of South Africa (CHELSA) at a meeting held at the University of Pretoria on 1 June 2004.
